Irshad is a fantastic guide, able to anticipate the snow conditions on different part of the mountains and expert at calculating the hike / descent (reward) ratio. Gulmarg is a phenomenal place to explore, at altitude you are surrounded by the Himalayas. It’s like they’re at eye level. Nanga Parbat watches you as you fly down the valley. It is an exceptional experience and I cannot recommend Irshad enough. I cannot wait to return.
